How to Reactivate Your getW9 Subscription After It Has Expired

If your subscription to getW9 has expired, follow the steps below to renew it and resume using the platform without interruption.

Note: Only the authorized subscriber (primary account holder) can manage subscriptions and payments. Sub-users do not have access to billing or subscription management. If you're seeing errors while trying to renew, please ensure you're logged in as the primary account holder.

Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription

  1. Log in using the authorized subscriber email address (e.g. the email used during initial sign-up or billing).
If your account is cancelled, you will see a message saying “Subscription Expired.” Click the “Manage Subscription” button to proceed.
  2. Go to Settings → Payment Settings and add a valid payment method (if there is no card on file).
  3. Navigate to Settings → Manage Subscription.
  4. You will see a message indicating that the subscription has expired.
  5. In the red info box, click the link that says:
“Please click here if you need to restart the subscription.”
  6. Once clicked, your current plan will be reactivated and the payment will be charged to the card on file.
