Add Up to 2 Additional Users to Your getW9 Account

What Can Sub-Users Do?

Sub-users are great for sharing the W-9 management workload with your internal team. Once added, your sub-users will be able to:

• Create and send W-9 requests
• View received W-9s
• Securely send your own W-9(s)
• Create and manage companies under your account

Important: Sub-users cannot access your subscription, billing, or payment settings. Only the primary account holder can manage those sections.

How to Add or Manage Sub-Users

1. Log in to your getW9 account.
2. Click on Settings → Manage Users from the left menu.
3. Click the “Add Sub-User” button in the upper right corner.
4. Fill in the sub-user's details and click Save Changes.

✏️ Editing or Inactivating Sub-Users

1. To edit an existing sub-user’s info, click the blue pencil icon next to their name.
2. To deactivate a user, open their details and switch their status from Active to Inactive.
3. To reactivate the user later, simply switch their status back to Active.
