Add Unlimited Companies or Organizations (All Plans)

Every getW9 plan allows you to add an unlimited number of companies or entities to your account. This is ideal for users managing W-9s on behalf of multiple businesses, clients, or organizations.

What Is This Feature?

To use getW9, you’ll need to add at least one of your own companies or organizations to the platform. Once added, you can send W-9s on behalf of that entity or request W-9s from vendors using that company’s details. You can manage as many companies as you like — there is no limit across any plan.

How to Add or Edit Your Companies

Log in to your getW9 account.
Click “Settings → My Companies” from the sidebar, or select the “My Companies” card from your dashboard.
To add a new company, click the “Add My Company” button in the top right corner.
Enter your company details and click “Save Changes”.
Tip: If you're adding multiple companies, check the box labeled “Add more companies?” to keep the form open after each save.

Want to use custom email and phone info for each company?
GIGA plan users can override their profile’s contact details and customize the sender email and phone for each company.

✏️ Editing or Deactivating Companies

To update a company’s details, click the blue pencil icon next to that company.
To deactivate a company, edit its details and switch its status to Inactive.

Want to Send a W-9 From Your Company?
