As a GIGA plan subscriber, you have a unique, secure link that allows anyone to fill and submit a W-9 form directly to your account — without needing to sign up or log in.

You can place this link on your website, email signature, onboarding documents, or simply send it directly to any vendor or freelancer you work with.

How to Access and Use Your Link

1. Log in to your getW9 account with a GIGA subscription.
2. Go to your dashboard.
3. Click the “Secure Shareable Link” button.
   (If you have multiple companies added, first select the company you want to use, then click the button.)
4. Click “Copy” and paste the link wherever you need — email, Slack, onboarding forms, or websites.
   

What Happens Next?

Once someone submits a W-9 using your link:

• Their information is securely captured and stored under Vendor W-9s → Vendor W-9s Received.
  
• You’ll receive an email alert. 
• Each W-9 submission is validated, signed, and audit-logged.
  
• You can track the progress of each W-9 submission in real-time.
  
• We’ll automatically follow up with vendors who start the form but don’t complete it.
