How to connect (or reconnect) QuickBooks

Applies to: Existing subscribers of GetW9 with QuickBooks Online (QBO) access
Time required: 2–3 minutes

What you can do after connecting

  • Import Vendors from QBO to start W-9 requests fast

  • Export Vendors from GetW9 back to QBO to keep records current

  • See a clear status on each company card: Integrated or Not Connected

  1. Log into GetW9 → Click on Integrations

  2. Find your company card and click Disconnect QuickBooks®.

  3. Click on Connect QuickBooks®.

  4. Sign in with your Intuit account and authorize GetW9.

  5. Choose the correct QuickBooks company (if you have more than one).

  6. Confirm the connection.
    You’ll see the QuickBooks® Integrated badge on the company card.

Tip: If you ever see Not Connected, click Connect QuickBooks® and re-authorize. Tokens can expire after password/permission changes or long inactivity.
